About the 3 R's Bookclub and Events
We were formed as an all inclusive bookclub, for those who know how difficult it can be meeting, and maintaining friendships as busy adults. The group offers monthly meet ups both in person and online. We also offer a variety of events and retreats, where hopefully you will find something maybe new to try, or something you love to do!

The 3 R’s Bookclub and Events
At The 3 R’s Bookclub and Events, we completely understand that life happens and plans can change. While we do our best to be flexible, we also want to be fair to all attendees and ensure each retreat is planned and executed smoothly. Please review our refund policy below:
📅 Refunds Based on Timing
More than 6 Months Before Retreat
🔹 Receive a 50% refund of the amount paid at booking.
3 to 6 Months Before Retreat
🔹 Receive a 35% refund of the amount paid at booking.
2 to 3 Months Before Retreat
🔹 Receive a 25% refund of the amount paid at booking.
Note: All refunds are based on the actual amount paid at booking (including any discounts or sale prices).
Because lodging and retreat experiences are booked based on the number of attendees, we are unable to offer full refunds.
🔁 Transfers & Emergencies
If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your spot to someone else, please contact Rachel at:

We’re happy to assist you with this process if possible.
If a personal emergency arises near the retreat date, please reach out. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with care and understanding.
⏰ Final Booking & Location Info
- Retreat booking closes 2 months before the event date.
This allows us to finalize details and plan effectively. - The exact venue location will be emailed to attendees 2 weeks prior to the retreat.
